An Introduction to Keycap Heights and Layouts

1.Keycap Height

The current mainstream profile for titanium keycaps is the Cherry profile, where each row — R4 to R1 — represents a different key height. The ESC row and number row (1-2-3, etc.) use the R4 height, the Q row is R3, the A row is R2, and both the Z row and the Ctrl row are R1.
