1. Refunds for Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, we offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product.

Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, we will initiate the refund process.


3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
The refund will be processed within 3 days.
The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the damage was caused during shipping.


4. Conditions
Refunds are only offered for products that are damaged upon arrival.
Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
We do not offer refunds for reasons other than product damage.
